Following on from the 2010 Palisade Risk Conferences in London, Sydney, Las Vegas, and Peru, we now have the pleasure of announcing the first of our 2011 series. The dates for your diary are the 29th–30th March and the location is the city of Amsterdam. The venue for this event will be the West Indische Huis, the historic former headquarters of the West India Trading Company, famous for purchasing Manhattan for the sum of 60 guilders, and sending Henry Hudson to sail west.
The 2011 Palisade Amsterdam Risk Conference will follow the format of previous events. Over the course of two days, industry experts will present a selection of real-world case studies about innovative and interesting approaches to risk and decision analysis. The event will also include the ever-popular workshops and training given by Palisade consultants. In addition, you’ll see sneak previews of new software in the pipeline from Palisade, including the very exciting @RISK and DecisionTools Suite 6.0.
The conference will feature plenty of opportunities to network with other professionals, including a pre-dinner cruise followed by a meal at another location steeped in Dutch history, the award winning D’Vijff Vlighen (Five Flies Restaurant).
