Cp, Cpk, Pp, and Ppk are very popular in some areas, but not all truly understand what the metric is trying to communicate about the process. In this free live webcast we will take a look at a typical data set to see how the capability index (Cpk) is reported based on different assumptions and calculation methods using risk analysis and Monte Carlo simulation software @RISK.

  • The uncertainty of capability estimates (confidence intervals)
